We has been appointed by First Choice Housing to undertake the construction of a new-build three-bedroom bungalow with an integrated carer’s annex at the rear of 35 Penllwyngwyn Road. The development is designed to provide high-quality, accessible accommodation tailored to meet the needs of the end users.
In addition to the new-build works, the project includes external alterations to the existing property on site to facilitate the formation of a new four-car driveway, improving access and parking provision.
