Ebeneezer Chapel stood derelict for over fifteen years. We had to fully strip the chapel, and create an additional two floors to the property. We constructed a second skin throughout the building and a substantial amount of structural work was carried out to the roof to remove the king trusses. This allowed us to create six 2-bed self-contained, supported living flats. The slate roof and windows were replaced, and the stone work was lovingly restored. A communal patio area to the rear was created as well as parking and turning facilities for eight cars
