Redwood Court was a large, modern new build property. We were instructed to extend the property further and provide an executive makeover. This consisted of a large two storey extension to the rear, a single storey extension at the front, linking the house to the garage. The garage was converted into a luxury home gym, with a custom made sauna to the first floor. We created a large home office, a cinema room, dressing rooms with luxurious fitted wardrobes, whilst re-modelling all of the bathrooms, kitchen and ground floor furnishings. The Garden works consisted of an oversized gazebo with modern lighting, a fitted bar and feature walls . We installed composite fencing and seating area, a large children’s play area and new astroturf to the lawn area. The whole house was set up with smart technology, controlled via an app.
