We’re proud to announce two new package deals secured with Caredig, focusing on the transformation of two former public houses into much-needed affordable housing. Each project involves the extension and full refurbishment of the existing buildings to create 6 high-quality, self-contained flats—helping to meet local housing needs while revitalising underused community spaces.
