Thomas Street was a four story block of offices within the centre of Llanelli. The building had stood empty for several years and had been badly affected by water damage, due to the roof being in poor condition. The building had to be completely stripped, with many of the structural walls removed to create seven self-contained flats and a studio apartment on the ground floor, for supported living for adults. The main roof was replaced and there was substantial repair work required to the front elevation stone facade. We also created a new private car park to the rear of the building, along with staff accommodation and a communal area for the residents.
